Announcement Regarding Results and Completion of Repurchase of Own Shares
(In Accordance with the Provisions of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, Pursuant to Article 165.2 of the Company Act)

USS repurchased its own shares as follows in accordance with the resolution approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors on February 2, 2010. The resolution was approved pursuant to the provisions of Article 156 of the Company Act, made applicable by Article 165.3 of the Company Act.

This completes the repurchase of the company’s own shares in accordance with the resolution approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors on February 2, 2010.
