Clearing your browser's cache

If you are unable to send an inquiry using the inquiry form on this site, clearing your browser's cache may resolve the issue.
This page describes how to clear the cache of major browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari).

Google Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome.

2.Click the menu icon (three vertical dots) at the top right of the screen.

3.Click [Delete browsing data].

4.On the [Basic] tab of [Delete browsing data], select what to delete from the "Time range" list.

5.Select the "Cached images and files" checkbox, and then click "Delete data."
*Make sure that checkboxes are selected only for those items you wish to delete.

Google Chrome's cache has now been cleared.

Microsoft Edge

1.Open Microsoft Edge.

2.Click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) at the top right of the screen.

3.Click [Settings] toward the bottom of the menu.

4.Under "Settings," click [Privacy, search, and services].

5.Under "Delete browsing data," click [Choose what to clear].

6.Under "Delete browsing data," select "All time," select the [Cached images and files] checkbox, and then click [Clear now].
*Make sure that checkboxes are selected only for those items you wish to clear.

Microsoft Edge's cache has now been cleared.

Mozilla Firefox

1.Open Firefox.

2.Click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) at the top right of the screen.

3.Click [History].

4.Click [Clear recent history...].

5. Select an option from the "Time range to clear" from the dropdown menu.

6. In the "History" section, select the "Cache" checkbox, and then click [OK].
*If you wish to clear anything else in addition to the [Cache], you can select the applicable checkbox here.

Firefox's cache has now been cleared.

Safari (Mac)

1. Open Safari.

2. Click "Safari" on the menu bar, and then click "Preferences..."

3. Under "Advanced," select the "Show Develop menu in menu bar" checkbox.

4. Click "Develop" on the menu bar, and then click "Empty Caches."

Safari's cache has now been cleared.
