1980~
- October 1980
- Established Aichi Automobile General Services Co., Ltd., the predecessor of USS Co., Ltd., and adopted USS as the brand name.
- August 1982
- Launched our first auction site -- Nagoya -- in Nawa-machi, Tokai, Aichi Prefecture.
Conducted our first auto auction with only 255 vehicles up for auction. - October 1982
- Introduced a POS bidding system for the first time in the Chubu (Nagoya) region.
- 1984
- Membership reached 500 firms, with almost 250 POS seats.
- May 1987
- Began two-lane auctions at Nagoya auction site.
Membership soared to 1,500 firms, POS seats approach the 500 mark. - 1988
- With the expansion of the auction site, the number of POS seats rose to 570 (the largest in Japan).
1990~
- January 1990
- Opened the Kyushu auction site in Tosu, Saga Prefecture. Introduced two-lane auctions for the first time in the Kyushu region.
- May 1994
- Opened the Tokyo auction site in Noda, Chiba Prefecture.
- November 1994
- Opened the Kyushu Gold auction site in Tosu, Saga Prefecture. Renamed Kyushu as USS Kyushu First.
- December 1994
- Established US Butsuryu Co., Ltd.
- March 1995
- Changed the corporate name to USS Co., Ltd.
- July 1995
- Launched Satellite TV Auto Auctions.
- April 1996
- Relocated the Nagoya auction site to Shinpo-machi, Tokai, Aichi Prefecture.
- July 1996
- Opened the Okayama auction site in Sanyo-cho, Akaiwa County (currently Akaiwa City), Okayama Prefecture.

- Opened the Shizuoka auction site in Fukuroi, Shizuoka Prefecture.

- Opened the Sapporo auction site in Ebetsu, Hokkaido.

- Public listing - USS Co., Ltd. went public on the second section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.

- Opened the Gunma auction site in Fujioka, Gunma Prefecture.

2000~
- April 2000
- Turned Sarl Auto Auction Tohoku Co., Ltd. into a subsidiary (currently the Tohoku auction site)
- December 2000
- USS Co., Ltd. listed on the first sections of both the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
- January 2001
- Relocated the Tohoku auction site to Shibata County, Miyagi Prefecture.

- Opened the Osaka auction site in Nishiyodogawa Ward, Osaka.
- October 2002
- Turned World Communications Co., Ltd. (currently Reproworld Co., Ltd.) into a subsidiary.

- Turned RAA Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary USS Ryutsu Auto Auction Co., Ltd. into USS subsidiaries.

- Turned KUA HOKURIKU Co., Ltd. (currently the Hokuriku auction site) into a subsidiary.

- Merged Tokyo auction site and USS-R Tokyo auction site.
Turned Fujioka Interchange Auto Auction Co., Ltd. into a subsidiary.
Opened the Niigata auction site in Mitsuke City, Niigata Prefecture. - May 2007
- Opened the Fujioka auction site in Fujioka City, Gunma Prefecture.
- January 2008
- Tokyo auction site introduced the first 10-lane auction system in the auto auction industry.
- April 2008
- Split the used car purchasing and sales business from CAR QUEST Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of USS, and transferred the business to World Automobile Co., Ltd., another wholly owned subsidiary. Changed company name to R&W Co, Ltd.
- May 2008
- Relocated the Ryutsu auction site from Saitama to the former site for R-Tokyo.
- March 2009
- Relocated the West Tokyo auction site to Iruma, Saitama Prefecture, and renamed it Saitama Auction Site.
2010~
- January 2010
- Merged the Gunma and Fujioka auction sites.
- September 2010
- Opened the Shikoku auction site, in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture.
- February 2011
- Established USS Logistics International Service Co., Ltd.
- March 2011
- Concluded MOUs for capital tie-ups with IK Co., Ltd. (currently BIKE O & COMPANY Ltd.) and Japan Bike Auction Co., Ltd. to start motorcycle auctions at the USS Yokohama and Kobe auction sites.
- July 2011
- Merged the Tokyo auction site and Ryutsu auction site.
- November 2011
- Commenced bike auctions at the Kobe auction site (managed by Japan Bike Auction Co., Ltd.)
- February 2012
- USS Toyo Co., Ltd. merged with CAR QUEST Co., Ltd., and the merged entity retained the name CAR QUEST Co., Ltd.

- Commenced bike auctions at the Yokohama auction site (managed by Japan Bike Auction Co., Ltd.)
- August 2013
- Rebuilt the Nagoya auction site.
- July 2014
- Split the used car purchasing and sales business from R&W Co., Ltd. and established Rabbit Car Network Co., Ltd.

- Relocated the Okayama auction site to Nagao, Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture.

- Changed the company name of R&W Co., Ltd. to Reproworld Co., Ltd.

- Split the rubber recycling business from CAR QUEST Co., Ltd. and established Toyo Rubber Chips Co., Ltd.
Increased USS's shareholding ratio in Japan Bike Auction Co., Ltd. to 66% and converted it into a subsidiary. - December 2015
- Sold all Toyo Rubber Chips Co., Ltd. shares to ENVIPRO HOLDINGS Inc. (5659.T), a major player in the resource recycling business.

- Acquired CAR QUEST Co., Ltd. through absorption-type merger.

- Rebuilt the Sizuoka auction site.

- Relocated the USS-R Nagoya auction site to Tokai, Aichi Prefecture.

- Tokyo auction site introduced the first 12-lane auction system in the industry.

- Acquired 66.04% of Japan Automobile Auction Inc. (JAA) stock and made this company a subsidiary.

- Relocated the Hokuriku auction site to Hakusan, Ishikawa Prefecture.

- Made Japan Automobile Auction Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary.
- May 2019
